In the event of a cancellation, Capt. Sergio will work with you to reschedule your trip for another date.
Deposits for cancellations are nonrefundable. A specified deposit amount of 25% of the trip is required at booking depending on which charter is booked and the balance is due the day of the trip.
There is a 1-week cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made within 1-week prior to the departure day and time, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer. If a cancellation is made within 1-week of departure day and time, the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter plus add-ons. Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion.
